Mercy Hospital College of Nursing is a Program of Plantation General Hospital. This hospital based program provides licensed practical nurse with the necessary preparation, education and clinical experience to achieve the End of Program Student Learning Outcomes and become eligible for NCLEX-RN examination for licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida. This unique transitional program is completed in approximately one year. The graduate is awarded the associate of science nursing degree. Plantation General Hospital L.P. is the parent corporation of Mercy Hospital, a Campus of Plantation General Hospital. Mercy Hospital, a Campus of Plantation General Hospital has a vision statement, mission statement and philosophy which relate to the overall vision of the corporation to meet the health care needs of a multicultural community.
